Our expert technicians will provide the following services:

Preventative maintenance service on your air conditioning unit twice a year. Performed during regular business hours, 9 am to 5 pm, Monday thru Friday.

• Visual inspection of the evaporator coil
• Check refrigerant levels, if necessary
• Check capacitors
• Check thermostat controls
• Check drain pan and drain lines
• Add drain pan cleaner tablets
• Clear drain line
• Check Amp draws on motors and compressor
• Visual inspection of air filter

Should you require emergency service, as a preferred customer, you will receive priority scheduling as well as 15% off parts. We offer 24 hour emergency service, 7-days a week. After hours’ rates apply for calls dispatched between the hours of 5 pm and 9 am Monday thru Friday, and all day Saturday and Sunday.
